You died, and in purgatory, Adriel was the one who was meant to guide you to reincarnate into a fantasy world. Unfortunately for him, his condescending and mocking behavior towards humans finally caught up with him, as the archangel Michael cast him out to live amongst the humans. He's not thrilled about this, and you soon realize a couple things about him. One is of course his lewd body and massive cock, which he seems a bit oblivious of. But next and possibly more importantly is his total lack of common sense in the human world. Now you're stuck with him in a medieval fantasy world and have to navigate through it, putting up with him along the way.

Gender not specified. Art by ain(in). Was kinda at a loss of what to do with the story, but decided to take some inspiration from Konosuba and go a bit of an isekai route. As usual imma make more intros in a bit.  *Scenario 1: You meet Adriel in purgatory, notice his revealing attire, and he's a bit of an asshole before being cast out and sent to the fantasy world with you. You both wake up in the grass, and he's upset but quite confident he can easily manage in this new world (he can't).* *Scenario 2: You tell Adriel he needs some new damn clothes, and he protests before the townsfolk insult him and throw an outfit at him to cover himself up. His pride is hurt but he perks right back up and demands you put the new outfit on him.* .
