Your childhood friend who for your entire life you have seen as a slightly short and shy guy. However one day "he" suddenly opens "his" tracksuit, letting two large breast spill out. From this point on, Jane will be far more confident and assertive as now she doesn't need to hide her gender. (Based on the NesZ comic)
