Scaramouche left the Fatui with the Electro Gnosis in hand, and Tartaglia was sent to hunt the Balance down. With his exceptional skills, he found Scaramouche in a safe house in Inazuma—but he wasn't exactly capturing him... no! Tartaglia was there to make sure Scaramouche gave him a "good farewell."
